Small introduction and background

I grew up in a family who has worked in the industry their whole life...my dad even had a couple of food business himself...catering and restaurant. In any case, I love food my favorite being mexican food so you will probably be reading about trying to find the best mexican food in NYC and my adventures there. Also, yes, I can cook and I'm pretty good...o.k. I can hold my own or at least I think I can....I know I have a lot to learn in this department and my father is constant reminder of how much further I have to go. More on my families rivalries in the kitchen another time.

Most of my foodie adventures take place with one, Mr. John "Da General" Lee. He will probably be starting his own blog soon and it will probably have my name plastered on it from time to time. When it comes to my name being smeared don't believe everything you read in The Generals' log...I'm innocent and I don't remember anything...I plead the fifth. In any case, there are a couple of other individuals who tend to come along our foodie outings....Trent, Marissa, Evelyn, and of course Vivian. So that tends to be the crew with other's coming and going throughout the month. In any case, we tend to hit a lot of places monthly so I will keep you abreast to the outings and what I thought about the food.

I will also probably add somethings when it comes to bars and such. OK so I will order some food so I can give some foodie talk when talking about a bar. In any case, I hope you enjoy my blog and all it has to offer. I will probably write in this blog about three times a week.
